How we do it, but also a short instruction for independent work
After the face, the hands are the most exposed part of our body. Since we mastered washing our hands (when the virus forced us and Konstructa recommended it), we now wash them more than before. Then, a large amount of disinfectants that aid in the spread of viruses (hot water, cleaning with various chemicals) are harmful to the skin of the hands. The best solution is a paraffin hand pack that is used for dry and chapped hands. Paraffin softens the surface layer of the skin, opens the pores, and makes it easier for the active ingredients to penetrate into the deeper layer of the skin. But what should I do at home now? First, exfoliate the skin; if you don’t have a ready-made exfoliator, you can make one yourself (mix propolis flour and castor oil, sugar and oil, etc.; let your imagination run wild; these are just some of the suggestions we all have at home). Rub your hands and wash, then dry well. Apply a slightly thicker layer of hand cream (e.g., Vaseline, or mix your cream with coconut oil) and rub. After that, put on nylon gloves (if you don’t have one, you can also use bags) and then warm the Terry cloth or gloves and wrap them around your hands. Keep them on for about 20 minutes. You can also do this before going to bed; your hands will feel much better in the morning. You can exfoliate once a week. Apply cream after each hand wash—a must! Be sure to use protective gloves when cleaning.
